Welcome! I am an LMHC with 20+ years of clinical experience in the field. My practice focuses on the "life story" of the whole client, including family, interests, and personal characteristics. Are you struggling through a separation, divorce, or co-parenting problem? Do you worry that your relationship could be healthier, or that you and your partner can do more to support one another rather than argue? These are my areas of specialty, along with adults/young adults struggling with life transitions, relationships, work/life stress, depression, anxiety, body image, disordered eating, and/or eating disorders.
I utilize a blend of treatment modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Treatment and a person centered approach) and tailor my approach to the individual needs and goals of a client. I foster a therapeutic communication style within my individual/couples sessions through openness & honesty in a nonjudgemental and sensitive environment.
