I work with adults and couples who want to change patterns that are limiting their potential.
My philosophical approach is strengths-based, collaborative, active and existential. I use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients build meaningful, purposeful and fun lives. I integrate lifestyle changes as needed to strengthen self-efficacy, improve emotional and physiological regulation, and help clients regain a sense of control.
