Who am I? I'm pretty normal, down-to-earth, and I care a lot. I’ve been told I can be existential and also a goofball. You'll probably meet Freud, my therapy dog. And when he's not chewing on my shoelaces, he's a real comfort to clients. Before I became a therapist, I was (and still am..) an artist and a spiritual director. I’ve been married since 2012, and we've also experienced couples and individual therapy—so I understand the courage it takes to show up. Who are you? Someone who’s exhausted from always caring for others? Struggling to rest, set boundaries, or even know what you need?

Maybe you call yourself a people-pleaser, an empath, or just feel stuck? Or maybe you and your partner are facing something tender—infidelity, sexual issues, or the same argument playing on repeat. Or, you might just need a tune-up to feel more connected again. Either way, you'll be getting help and the two of you won't be alone in it anymore.

I’m trauma-informed, which means we won't -only- talk about it. I’m trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, so we'll work with the body in a way that’s gentle, intuitive, and actually effective. It’s about learning how to listen to your body's signals, so you can move into more choice, safety, and connection. You might be surprised how good it can feel.
