I’ve been a therapist for 23 years, and I truly love what I do. It is a privilege to support women through some of life’s most challenging and vulnerable seasons. I primarily work with women navigating depression and anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility and pregnancy loss, and the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. I also work with women who are struggling with difficult family dynamics or carrying painful experiences from the past that continue to affect their lives and relationships in the present.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy is a place where you can feel heard and understood without judgment, while also gaining insight and practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing and feel supported as you work toward meaningful change.
