Life can push us beyond our capacity to manage well. Therapy is a vehicle that can help you find healing and balance. I work with the whole of you. I nurture your spirituality which I believe is the root source of healing. As you more fully embody your integrated self, anxiety and depression can subside. A feeling of well-being arises, you become more open and can engage more authentically in your relationships. I embrace non-dual philosophy affirming our interdependence with the unified field which, when attuned to, naturally generates a deep sense of connectedness. Our work together can bring you to a new paradigm of living.
My gift is with in-depth therapy. I include talk therapy, mindfulness and body practices, meditation, dreams, imagery, and breath. You will learn skills for managing symptoms and gradually embody healing at a deep level. Knowing how to return to homeostasis when unbalanced will help you face whatever arises. I am warm, kind and brimful with compassion.
The therapist/client relationship reflects how you are in life and, with insight, move you towards more clear, open-hearted relating. When seen compassionately without judgment, there's support to face what needs healing. Blockages can be released through the light of awareness, breath and self-compassion.
