Update as of August 2023 - I have a waitlist (individual or couples) for therapy. Whether you are looking for short term counseling to address immediate stress or would like to engage in long term therapy to explore and gain better insight into yourself, your behaviors and your relationships, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for patients to process their thoughts and emotions. By taking an eclectic approach to therapy, together we can examine your needs and form a treatment plan. I am able to see patients located in Massachusetts as well as in New York. Please note the insurances I accept.
Update as of August 2023 - currently I see patients in person in my Pittsfield office on Thursdays and offer teletherapy sessions the other days of the week (M, T, W, F). I use a HIPAA compliant video-conferencing platform for teletherapy (virtual) sessions. I am accepting new patients (age 21+) for individual therapy as well as for couple's therapy.
I have been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor since 2005, mostly in higher educational settings including Boston University and Harvard Business School. In 2018, I moved back to The Berkshires where I was born and raised and opened a private practice in Pittsfield. I enjoy working with individual adults as well as working with couples.
