We all go through tough times in life and sometimes need a guiding hand to get through it. Finding the right therapist can be a difficult task but one that can be extremely rewarding if you find the right match. I offer my clients a nurturing, empathetic and non-judgmental environment to explore and work through their trauma, pain, struggles and stress. I strive to help my clients create balance and develop healthy boundaries in their life so that they may find the peace and happiness they are striving for.
I use an eclectic array of modalities to help my clients towards their goals. A few of the methods that I use are meditation and mindfulness, art therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, somatic therapy and narrative therapy. I also incorporate my knowledge and training of integrative medicine for mental health.
I offer my clients a holistic/integrative approach to therapy- taking a look at all of the factors in their life that may be contributing to their pain or struggles. One step at a time we can overcome these hurdles together. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
