I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I primarily work with the following challenges: Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, Eating disorders, Life transitions, Relationship distress, Self-esteem, Grief and loss, and Stress management. I utilize models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused within the therapeutic process. I emphasize meeting the needs of each client by using an integrative approach that is best suited for the overall growth and well-being. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients can be free to discover and explore their goals.
Specifically, when working with couples, I utilize techniques such as reflective listening, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused therapy. I encourage a collaborative approach to where each partner is empowered to self-explore, communicate personal needs, and create both personal and collective goals.
