I have been in the human services field for the past three decades, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy services is based on nurturing a trusted partnership with my clients and outlining strategies together to achieve goals the client has set for themselves. I am a firm believer that a person’s past plays a major role in who they are today. Since there are countless experiences a person faces throughout their lifetime, I believe there is no “one-size fits-all” treatment plan.
