Hello, I'm Liz. I have been in the human services field for the past three decades, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy services is based on nurturing a trusted partnership with my clients and outlining strategies together to achieve goals the clients have set for themselves. I am a firm believer that a person’s past plays a major role in who they are today. Given the countless experiences a person faces throughout their lifetime, I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” treatment plan.

Whether it is dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression, I understand it takes time to learn and incorporate effective coping skills to begin the healing journey.
