With a degree in Psychology with concentration in sociology and experience working with individuals from various backgrounds, I've learned the importance of creating a space where people feel truly heard and seen.
I use an integrative, person centered approach, always tailoring work to fit your unique story, goals, and pace. My counseling style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and real connection. I believe that healing happens in relationships, when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
