I provide a compassionate, supportive space where individuals feeling overwhelmed by grief, life altering medical conditions, anxiety, or major life changes can explore emotions, find relief, and build resilience. I work with individuals of all ages, offering developmentally appropriate support to children, teens, and adults. I understand that loss, health concerns, and transitions impact us differently at each stage of life, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
My approach is rooted in both evidence-based therapy and integrative wellness, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the healing process. I fuse cognitive behavioral therapy, existentialism, and person centered techniques to address prevalent concerns and provide relief. I also offer play based therapy for younger clients.
Whether you have a child struggling to understand loss, a teen navigating anxiety, or are an adult facing a major life shift, I’m here to support you. My main goal as a therapist is to create a collaborative and trusting space for growth.
