Additionally I work with athletes looking to increase their mental performance as they advance in their sport of choice. I work with people of all ages, offering developmentally appropriate support to children, teens, and adults. I understand that loss, health concerns, and transitions impact us differently at each stage of life, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
My approach is rooted in both evidence-based therapy and integrative wellness, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the healing and strengthening process. I fuse cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, and person centered techniques to address prevalent concerns and provide relief. I also offer play based therapy for younger clients.
Whether you are facing a major life event or are seeking support navigating mental challenges related to sports performance, I am here to help. My main goal as a therapist is to create a collaborative and trusting space for growth.
