My favorite type of client is one who is sick of how things are, sick of how things have been or have felt and is ready to change. I like to see adults (but I see older kids, too!) who are ready for that process. Growth takes work, but I am ready to come alongside you do this work, as you heal from your past and background. I would love to help get you where you want to be. Life can be so hard. I am here to support you and also to help you get healthier and stronger to get through the tough spots.
Areas of interest include: trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, anxiety, communication problems, spirituality and theological distortions. I have a lot of experience in counseling children and adolescents. I have lots of experience with foster parents and children, adoption, attachment work and parenting and family dynamics.
I have a passion for helping people work through various issues and problems to become healthier versions of themselves. This enables you to more easily achieve your life goals and dreams.
