Hi! I am a funky fat Licensed Professional Counselor who believes in health at every size. I have been working in the mental health field for 5 years and specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ individuals who struggle with depression, self-harm, or newly diagnosed mood disorders.

My approach to therapy is holistic and accessible; person centered and DBT informed with an emphasis in mindfulness and behavior change. I meet clients where they are and work alongside to help them achieve their goals.
