Do you find yourself at a crossroads in life, trying to figure out which direction to take? Maybe you struggle with depression or are experiencing anxiety or uncertainty about your choices or relationships. Perhaps you have past hurts, or had a chaotic family growing up that seems to follow into your current life. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who has provided therapy for over 20 years. Feel free to contact me if you'd like help not only relieving uncomfortable symptoms, but would like to understand and address what dynamics are causing them in the first place.
My specialties include anxiety, adults struggling with childhood issues, workplace or family stress, depression, recovery from divorce, OCD, PTSD, Adult ADHD, chronic health problems, relationship issues, and anger management. I also provide in-home grief counseling for those with complicated bereavement. I conduct psychological testing and evaluations.
