I want to work with clients who want to get connected with their authentic selves and gain increased freedom and choice in how they express themselves to others. I work with clients to reduce symptoms that cause emotional pain and block authenticity, and I foster clients’ curiosity to explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. Through this process, I strive to help clients experience the delight and satisfaction of connecting with themselves, create more fulfilling relationships with others, and increase their ability to reach their personal goals.
In sessions, I ask questions, listen carefully, and provide feedback. I also use the therapeutic relationship to help with exploration. I speak with clients about what is happening between us so that they have the opportunity to reflect on their emotions in real time, observe and explore relational patterns, and experiment with new ways of communicating.
I invite you to reach out for a free consultation call so that we can start to see whether we might be a good fit. During this call, I will ask about your interest in therapy, tell you more about my practice, and do my best to answer any questions you may have about starting therapy. I look forward to hearing from you!
