My approach is one of compassion for each person without judgement, or the belief that I have all the answers. Counseling is both supportive and insight oriented. I feel that insight without action is continued stagnation, so when you meet me, expect to receive plenty of encouragment to keep moving forward!
I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, through the Grief Recovery Institute. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health to counsel pregnant and post partum women. I am a Volunteer State Coordinator for Post Partum International for the state of Georgia in the Southwest Region.
I offer telehealth services, weekend an after hours appointments as needed.
