I specialize in cognitive-behavioral (CBT) for adults. I help you learn a set of practical tools to help with how you're thinking and what you're doing in certain situations, so you can feel better and move forward in your life. It's important not only that you feel better through our work together, but also that you know exactly what you did to get there, so you are confident in how to help yourself continue to feel well going forward.
I aim to keep treatment short-term (6-20 sessions). We use sessions to understand your challenges, and practice skills likely to help. Then, we identify what you can try between sessions to see what works (or doesn't).
If you are struggling with anxiety, sadness, grief or anger, or acting in ways that concern you or important others in your life, there is help. Call me to schedule a consultation at 303-870-9195. Or copy/paste this link to self-schedule an initial call: calendly.com/innerresources/15mincall
