I help you learn a set of practical tools to help with how you're thinking and what you're doing in certain situations, so you can feel better and move forward in your life. I draw on techniques based in CBT, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory. It's important not only that you feel better through our work together, but also that you know exactly what you did to get there, so you are confident in how to help yourself continue to feel well going forward.
I aim to keep treatment short-term (6-20 sessions). We use sessions to understand your challenges, and practice skills likely to help. Then, we identify what you can try between sessions to see what works (or doesn't).
If you want to break free of anxiety, panic, depression, or other issues dominating your life, please go to my website for more information, videos and resources. I look forward to hearing from you.
