I understand change is difficult and it takes courage to seek support. In our work together, I will listen to your unique concerns and tailor therapy to your particular needs. I enjoy working with thoughtful, creative individuals who are interested in learning more about themselves.

I have been successful in treating issues related to self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and the transition to parenthood. I frequently work with young adults during life transitions feeling "stuck," "uncertain," or "not good enough." I also specialize in working with new parents around the adjustment to parenthood.

I am in-network with BCBS PPO. My office is located in the downtown Chicago loop near several "el" stops and the metra.
