Life today is very complex and difficult. Individuals dealing with life challenges and responsibilities,do experience life events (death, divorce, etc.) they were not prepared for that cause them to get stuck. I offer counseling to assist individuals and families in coping with these life experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy teaches the individual or family how to become healthier and happier by modifying thought and behavior patterns. Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT), is available in conjunction with CBT. I was trained and certified by Dr. Brian Weiss, author of Many Lives, Many Masters, to offer PLRT.
Through the counseling process, we will:
Accurately identify the source of the conflict/crisis; Identify contributing factors; Develop an action plan; Determine if additional resources or referrals are indicated; Explore options for problem resolution; Identify strategies to be implemented; Learn to apply these strategies; Return to a peaceful, successful lifestyle
I have provided counseling services for over 30 years. The scope of my experience includes design and implementation of employee assistance programs nationally; counseling individuals and families through conflict and crisis in partnership with social service agencies, networks and colleagues focused on outcome based problem and crisis resolution.
