Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Both a women's and men's groups are facilitated separately adhering to Linehan's DBT model. The environment is safe and confidential and the focus is on recovery from life transition, grief, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, emotion dysregulation, anger, depression, PTSD, and borderline PD. The groups are two hours long and are offered weekly. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, non-judgemental with a focus on validation, understanding, and healing, What will be achieved is an in depth understand of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. The journey is life changing!

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group

The DBT group focuses on learning the main tenets of dialectical behavioral therapy in a group setting. Focus will be on distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal connectedness. This is a safe and warm place to learn these skills. Perfect for people who have difficulty with emotion regulation, abandonment and attachment issues, anger management, and impulse control.
