Yes, I offer relationship counseling for couples and families, but what I've found is that real healing begins with your relationship with yourself. So I like to start by asking some gentle but important questions: What is your relationship with yourself like? Is it kind? Do you feel safe setting boundaries, or even know what they are? how do you care for yourself when things get hard? My educational background has prepared me to deliver systemic and relational therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. I have also acquired training as a transpersonal hypnotherapist, which I use with certain clients who have stress-related difficulties that require extra tools such as guided imagery exercises to achieve deep relaxation.
