I've been a Clinical Therapist for over 20 + years. I draw from a wide range of techniques that will best fit your needs. I am flexible and practical in my approach to the style that best fits you. With couples I use the PAIRS model to help teach more effective "Communication Skills". These techniques are helpful no matter where you are in your relationship. Most couples struggle with 'Communication Ruts'. Feeling stuck, landing in the same place over and over again, feeling frustrated.
