Finding the right therapist is one of the most important factors influencing the outcome of your treatment. Making sure that my clients feel both comfortable and connected during therapy is my priority; if I am not the right fit, I want to help you find someone who is. That said, I strive to make sessions feel personal and my office a warm and inviting place to do hard work.
I use evidence-based treatments, such as CBT and sand tray therapy in addition to ensuring we build a strong relationship. I work primarily with depression and mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and adoption related concerns. I want to make sure we collaborate to tailor your treatment to whatever is right for you.
