About
Doing the inner work doesn't have to be an isolated journey. I honor the vital relationship between client and therapist and recognize the privilege of being invited into your story. With a curious and non-judgmental stance, I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I believe that laughter is an essential element of the therapeutic process. Most importantly, I am here to listen. Counseling is an aspect of healthy living that can help restore balance and grounding. The process can be exhilarating, challenging, and profoundly rewarding as you gain clarity through increased awareness. Sessions honor needs and comfort level.
I specialize in various methods and have found a lasting impact when considering the whole person. I blend talk therapy with other aspects, such as challenging negative thinking, learning coping strategies, and exploring body awareness. These therapies can be a powerful aide for regulation and integration.
I understand you want to feel better, free, and certain about your life. So much so, that you've decided to start therapy, and that's brave. My goal is to create an environment that is above all, safe and accepting, compassionate and collaborative. I will act as your advocate. My hope is that all of my clients feel seen, heard, understood, and supported.
