As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents (16+) and adults addressing trauma, life transitions, relationship conflict, co-parenting, as well as the complex needs of caregivers. I am an adoptee and Breast Cancer survivor & have a strong passion for working with folks experiencing addiction and seeking to sustain recovery.
My practice utilizes strength based motivational interviewing, trauma-informed attachment theory, and cognitive therapy to help clients target patterns in their lives that are no longer serving them, and find healthy replacements. As folks develop new coping skills, they improve the relationships around them.
