The weight of what you have been through feels heavy, making it difficult to feel safe or present in your own body. You don’t have to carry the weight alone. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, processing trauma, identity exploration, & life transitions. I offer EMDR to help reprocess past difficult events to help lessen the impacts and heavy emotional charge the memory has. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals in exploring their gender, sexuality, self-expression, & feelings of belonging. Together, we can build self-understanding, confidence, coping skills, & authentic connections!

My approach is grounding in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care. I view symptoms within the context of all that surrounds you, rather than as something that needs to be “fixed”. I often use EMDR to process past trauma with one foot in the memory and one in the present moment. You are in the driver’s seat the whole time.
