I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and work/life balance. My goal is to collaborate with clients in building meaningful lives grounded in who they are and the world they live in. I want to help you live your best life and I think we can do this through humor and remaining grounded in reality. I strive to cultivate a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive, supportive therapeutic relationship that is welcoming to all, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
My therapeutic style is to approach each client individually and center their life and needs. I focus on skill building, exploring emotions, and helping someone find a balance in their life. I have personal and professional experience with navigating neurodivergence, especially managing ADHD symptoms.
