Hi, I’m Eliza, a therapist who believes healing is possible, even when it feels like a mess. I work with folks navigating eating disorders, mood and personality disorders, and substance use, often all tangled up together. Therapy with me is a space to untangle, get curious, and build a life that actually feels good to live in. I’m ED education-aligned, trauma-informed, and passionate about helping you reclaim your relationship with your body, your emotions, and your story.

If you’ve ever felt like “too much” or “not enough,” you’re not alone and you’re exactly who I work with. I help people who feel stuck in cycles with food, emotions, or relationships finally start to feel like themselves again. My style is collaborative and real. I bring clinical tools to the table, but I also show up as a human who cares about your growth.

I create a space where every part of you is welcome, even the parts you wish weren’t there. Whether you're navigating recovery from disordered eating, coping with emotional intensity, or untangling from old patterns, therapy is a space for safety, exploration, and empowerment. My approach is weight-inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and rooted in compassion.
