Do you feel stuck in cycles with food, emotions, or relationships that you can’t seem to break, no matter how hard you try? I’m Eliza, a therapist who specializes in working with eating disorders, mood and personality disorders, and substance use, especially when they show up together. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from trying to “hold it all together.”

Therapy with me is a space to untangle what’s going on beneath the surface, build real coping skills, and start feeling more like yourself again. My work is trauma-informed, ED-aligned, weight-inclusive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I help clients move away from shame and control, and toward trust, stability, and self-compassion.

My style is collaborative, warm, and real. I’ll bring evidence-based tools to support you and I’ll also meet you as a human! You don’t have to be “less broken” or more put-together to start therapy. If you’re struggling with disordered eating, emotional intensity, or patterns that keep repeating, this can be a place where things finally start to shift.
