Many of us carry unprocessed pain from untold stories. This pain can make us feel stuck and show up as symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. My role is to provide a space for clients to share their stories, and process thoughts, emotions, and experiences on a deeper level. This will hopefully lead clients towards a sense of clarity, a stronger sense of identity and self-worth, and personal progress. I also provide guidance for holistic coping skills to manage symptoms and daily stressors.
I specialize in trauma therapy and have worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse, intergenerational trauma, domestic violence, and ongoing systemic trauma associated with race, religion, gender identity and sexual orientation.
