Eliza has a Master’s Degree from Antioch University in Clinical Psychology. She has at least five years of experience helping people with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, mental health disorders, and daily stressors. She has worked with a variety of cultures and populations, including children and teens, the LGBT+ community, people with disabilities.
Eliza has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and also specializes in narrative, artistic, and musical interventions. She understands that beginning the healing journey with a new therapist can be a big leap, and she is honored to be there every step of the way.
