Since 2016, I have provided mental healthcare in the Austin, TX area. Through my earned clinical experiences, I specialize in supporting clients with complex trauma and ADHD or unspecified neurodiversity that may underly anxiety, depressive episodes, and unhealthy coping mechanisms such as media overconsumption and disordered eating. I also provide space to address grief and loss, and challenges between culture and identity. My clients are diverse, often multicultural, and from different walks of life. My sessions are online, providing flexibility with time, and outdoors in nature, seasonally, for those local to the NW Austin area.

In sessions, I'm fully present, listening with both warmth and depth, and ask reflective questions to guide my clients towards a deeper understanding of themselves. I'm trained to bring in the body and environment as part of healing. Together, we may learn to better connect with authentic wants and needs for a more sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.

I offer a no-cost 20 minute consultation via email or you may learn more and reach out through my website. Calls are by email appointment only. I do my best to respond within 48 business hours and schedule a meeting within two weeks based on our shared availability.
