You look capable on the outside—but inside feel anxious, self-critical, or constantly bracing. Sometimes what shows up as anxiety or perfectionism is rooted in painful or overwhelming experiences; other times, it’s years of pressure to hold everything together. You’re tired of overthinking, overperforming, or feeling “not enough.” You want relief—but also a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns shaping your relationships and confidence.
I provide trauma-focused therapy for teens and young adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and relational wounds. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), I integrate EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, CBT, and DBT to support nervous system regulation and meaningful, lasting growth.
You don’t need to label your past as “trauma” to deserve support. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, look more closely—with curiosity instead of shame—and build steadiness from the inside out. Teens can expect autonomy and respect; parents can expect clear communication and thoughtful collaboration. I’d be honored to connect.
