Hi there, I'm Eliza and I am accepting new clients! I work with individuals and couples navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), trauma and PTSD, high functioning anxiety, and relationship strain/distress. If you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply trying to hold everything together, I can help support you. I specialize in helping my clients work through past experiences and create space for what comes next, set and maintain healthy boundaries, navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical coping strategies that they feel actually work for them.

I use a blend of approaches to meet clients' needs. These include trauma-focused therapy to understand how traumatic experiences affect one's mental, emotional, and physical well-being, CBT-based strategies to help identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, and DBT-based strategies to help with emotion regulation and distress tolerance.

I bring a steady and compassionate presence to sessions, creating space for you to explore what feels difficult without pressure or judgment.
