Welcome! I'm so happy you're here, taking steps to invest in your emotional health. I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including OCD, phobias, panic disorder, and other anxiety disorders. I also work with clients who have experienced single-incident trauma and complex trauma. I enjoy focusing on relationship issues, codependency, and a client's uncertainty about their own feelings, needs, and preferences. I am allied with trans and nonbinary communities and work to help clients achieve their desired social and/or medical transitions.
I am committed to helping my clients align with their deepest values in order to build fulfillment and self-trust. I particularly love continuing education and use a wide array of therapy modalities: ERP, i-CBT, Flash Technique, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic interventions, and CBT.
I'm a bit of a therapy nerd and will take the time to explain any modalities we might decide to use in our work, and how you can incorporate them into your life between sessions. Most importantly, I am here to support you in creating your best life.
