My style is personal, creative, relaxed (shoes in session are optional!), compassionate, and good-humored. I offer Telehealth for residents of NC as well as in-person sessions at my office in Cary, NC. I work with children, parents, and support individuals of all ages through transition, anxiety, grief, depression and more. I am trained in child centered play therapy, Polyvagal theory, SMART Recovery, CPRT, and lean on my past experience as a special educator.
I truly believe that most of us are doing the best we can with the resources we have; whether those resources be material, financial, social, or emotional.
