I love to support neurodivergent, queer, and/or non-conforming or untraditional clients find their own paths and celebrate their unique ways of being. As someone with lived experience in these identities, I believe it is important to create safe and accepting space to explore what makes us different.
My work includes tools for emotional regulation, navigating sensory and stimulation needs, self advocacy, body and emotional attunement, skills for navigating relationships in healthy ways, processing the impact of childhood/past experiences, and more. I also offer outdoor therapy sessions where you can benefit from the healing power of nature.
