With my background in narrative therapy, play therapy, crisis management, & addiction counseling, I have honed a space where teens can process emotions, manage stress, cater to impulsivity (safely), and develop healthy coping skills. For parents, I offer coaching to help you communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, and provide support to your teen.
