I feel passionately about my work with individuals, couples and families who seek to be supported and challenged in the dilemmas they face. I value choice, collaboration, curiosity in the therapeutic process. My work with couples, individuals and families is informed by the experiential therapy approaches of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray Therapy and Internal Family Systems, commonly referred to as “parts work.”
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Through experiential approaches, I help you explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors. Together we'll examine patterns, core beliefs, and protective tendencies to foster healing and authentic relationships.
