My approach to therapy is both supportive and challenging. I will help you to break the patterns that are holding you back and start living the life you want for yourself.
My areas of specialty include relationships, caregiving issues, trauma, depression, and making life changes. I use positive psychology, behavioral/CBT interventions, EMDR and family-of-origin exploration. My approach is personalized to your needs, and we will work together to find the best combination for you.
