Coping With Crisis Unemployment
LOW COST/DEFERRED PAYMENT GROUP. In an effort to support those who lost jobs due to the current crisis, this support group will help members process grief, loss and stress they are experiencing due to job loss and life changes. Those in the restaurant industry, event planning, performers and artists are encouraged to participate. This group will help members implement mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) skills, coping techniques and other strategies to help cope and manage mood.
