Life can be overwhelming and you are not alone in your struggles. Making the choice to seek help and explore change is often transformative. You deserve support and to have hope in your life. I find it an honor as a therapist to walk beside and gently guide you through whatever you may be experiencing. I believe in basing our therapeutic relationship on acceptance, genuineness, and empathy. I work with all types of people-children, adolescents, and adults-who are struggling with the external, internal, or both in a non-judgmental, strengths-based, trauma-informed manner.
I have experience working with grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. I am trained in expressive arts therapy, sandtray, and play therapy modalities that I can utilize in our sessions. I am also trained in EMDR and body-oriented therapies.
I want to be with you on whatever unique journey you are on, be it dealing with grief, trying to cope with trauma or an issue, or exploring and cultivating the best version of your self. Please reach out for a free 15-minute initial phone call so we can explore the work we can do together and I look forward to getting to know the one and only you.
