This may come in the form of supporting how to develop the vision, as well as learning to validate and advocate for oneself, promoting healthy boundaries, and challenging outdated ideas of self. The clients I prefer to work with are ready to do the work, as hard as it may be at some points, and make change for themselves to support their vision for a better life. Kinky and ENM/CNM clients are welcome here!
I offer approaches as needed based on client needs, whether that is CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or taking an existentialist approach. I offer Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and ear acupuncture to services as requested. I am in training through Sexual Health Alliance to become a Certified Sex Educator and received my Kink Informed Certificate
