In the past several years, I have worked with adults who are seeking to create and act out a life worth living. This may come in the form of supporting how to develop the vision, as well as learning to validate oneself and personal needs, to create concrete action plans to achieve goals. I have found myself enjoying the work with various populations who are often dismissed and working together to support their vision for a better life.
I offer a combination of approaches as needed based on client needs, whether that is CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapies, or taking an existentialist approach. I'm a strong proponent of holistic practices to enhance the healing process. I offer Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and ear acupuncture to services as requested.
