I've spent 10+ years studying psychotherapy and exercise science and working closely with individuals on their physical health as a personal trainer. I believe the mind-body connection is a significant factor to overall health. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety/depression, dissociative experiences, self esteem issues, trauma, relationship conflict, and health/wellness barriers( including specialty in: pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility). In addition to my work with clients, I serve as a clinical supervisor, training and mentoring interns who are working toward full licensure
