In my work I use a strength based approach along with evidence base practices such as CBT, MI, and mindfulness.
Through my years of experience I have had the honor to work with numerous populations. I am passionate about working with young adults and adults going through life transitions. I am also passionate about working with women health, with an emphasis on prenatal and postpartum care, adoptions and infertility.
