I blend evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with creative modalities including Art Therapy and Play Therapy techniques. For clients who struggle with expressing themselves verbally, these expressive tools can offer a safe, engaging path to healing. I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
